2024 Campership Drive Raised $20,000

A BIG thank you from all of us at Walcamp! Your support means we can provide more campers with the gift of summer camp this year!

Our annual campership drive through Give Dekalb County raised $20,954.47 through your donations and the additional bonus pool money. We are blessed to have this event in our community which helps raise awareness of the needs of the local non-profits and the work that we all do.

We believe that all children should have the opportunity to attend summer camp no matter what their families' financial abilities are. These donations give us the means to provide the staff, services, and support to make that happen for any camper in need. We will serve the community with confidence, knowing that God is blessing this ministry with the support from our friends; YOU!

60 Years of Serving

We are reaching the end of our 60th year of ministry, and it has been a great year of celebration. We have one more day of fun planned, and we are looking for individuals or groups to volunteer for a few hours on September 28th to make THIS last party a huge success.

To celebrate, we are planning a throw-back to our Fall Festival during the day followed by our annual Evening Under the Stars that night.

Can YOU sign up to serve from 2-4 hours, sharing your time and supporting our ministry? We need folks to help with all types of service from set-up, to food and activity service, and clean-up.
